i'm an indian, how can i get a job in united states?

am living in india. and am completed my post graduation.. i would like to start my career there..
can any one suggest.. what's the procedure to go USA. how i approach the company.. how i get the visa.. moreover i don't have any working experience.. please post your valuable comments... what are the steps should i take?

For coming to USA on job you need H1 visa. Only those companies which are in or which have openings in USA can sponsor this visa. I do not know about the nature of education. In case you have an engineering degree Yup need to apply and get a job in a tech company and hope for coming to USA through them. You can also do your M.S.or PHD in USA and finishing the education you can land in a job in USA. Joining a company such as TCS,Infosys etc will also help.
