Read Times Ascent every Wednes day. Also you can register with Naukri, Job Street, Times Jobs etc. But If you are more than 50 years it is difficult to get foreign assignments especially Gulf.

try to read gulf new and khaleej times on daily bases with there oppointment and clasified section, it is very to get job there specially in your field now a days, also you can checkwith recruitment agencies, there in middle east, like jobsindubai.com, monstergulf, naukrijunciton.
