Delaware is the best place to incorporate a business because of its business-friendly laws. Where is the best place to register a nonprofit?

not sure, but you could try putting something into the search engine like: non profit friendly state?

Or look at some of the non profits like you have and see what state they are registered in. I think you may have to operate out of the state you register in though so be sure to check that. Whichever you register in be sure to go to the state law site & find out the laws as they have them for bylaws, etc.
