legit online jobs for a 17 year old?

ill be 18 right around the corner btw, but i want to start now. ive been job hunting since spring and havnt found anything. what to do what to do!! i thought an online job would be cool because no matter where im at, ill have that available to me. ive tried looking, but im not sure what's a scam or not because theres so many! im looking for something where i can make AT LEAST $10 an hour. any sugestions? no scams please!!

There are pretty much no legit online jobs regardless of your age and certainly none that pay $10 an hour or more.

First of all, I applaud you. You are doing a great thing for your family, and you have a very good heart. As someone mentioned on another question, and I talked to a guy today that does this; Go around to yard sales toward the end of the day, when they are ready to close. Some times they may give away what they left, or sell cheep, so they don't have to deal with it. Many of them haul the stuff to thrift stores or Salvation Army anyway. You can sometimes find cool stuff to sell at Flea Markets. You can possibly open a booth and take care of it during your free time, when kids are in school. Or just have a yard sale of your own. Look around the neighborhood, you can offer to clean out people's garages, or basements, gutters, etc. Of course, there is lawn care to be done, or possibly repair someones porch you see is in disrepair. Offer to run errands for the elderly & others in your neighborhood. Find old bicycles you can repair and sell. Offer to do some of these things for less money than others charge. If you do find odd jobs such as these, make sure and do your best. The word will get around, and you will be referred to others needing help. After a while more people will notice you, and possibly have a full time job for you. I have done this a couple of times in my life, and it worked out well.
